The Right of Way Acquisition section ​Is responsible for the acquisition of rights-of-way and easements for all road projects constructed by Palm Beach County. 

This section maintains an inventory of County owned rights-of-ways, easeme​nts, County owned and "courtesy" maintained roads. 

The Right of Way Acquision Seciton also p​rovides input into the abandonment of platted rights-of-way. Researches and provides information on plats, deeds, parcels, property ownership, and related information for County projects.
